Andrew started Big Game Capital in August, 2000 to place private equity investments from the
proceeds of the sale of Flexalloy Inc. Flexalloy was an industrial distribution company that
he was president and owner of from 1981 through 1999, with an aggressive internal average annual
growth rate Flexalloy was a leader and innovator in its industry. Since 2000, Big Game Capital
has invested in different markets, bringing its experience in aggressive growth and unusual
customer satisfaction. Another notable event was the start-up of a successful philanthropy,
The Human Fund, which benefits Cleveland children. Andrew graduated from Dartmouth College in
1977 and Hawken School in 1973.

Former President of Geotrac, Inc. Norwalk, Ohio. Sold company to Fidelity National Finance in July of 2004.
Prior to this, Jim was Vice President, Global Sourcing with the Commercial Solutions Group, Textron Fastening
Systems. He also held positions in Operations and Purchasing management at Flexalloy, Inc.
Jim serves on the boards of ESSCO, a wholesaler of vacuum cleaner parts and vacuum cleaners; Furnace Parts, LLC,
a manufacturer of specialty industrial thermocouples; and Briteskies, LLC, a management and information technology
consulting service provider.
Jim graduated with a BBA from the University of Toledo in 1985. In June of 2000 Jim completed the Textron Executive
Leadership Program at the Thunderbird School of International Management.

Chris graduated in 1989 from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
Chris initially settled in Chicago in 1990 working on the trading floor at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
He worked all aspects of a filling brokerage from runner to broker before leaving to join Big Game Capital in 2000.
Chris, his wife Chrissy, and their three children live in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.

Brady will begin his 5th year in Daytona Beach as the General Manager of the Daytona Cubs after
joining the Cubs in 2006 as Assistant General Manager. Brady began his front-office career with the Jacksonville Suns,
the double-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers, in 2004. Following his graduation from Illinois with an economics degree,
Ballard played a season of professional baseball with the independent Rockford Riverhawks in the Frontier League.
In his first season with the Cubs, Ballard was a part of the front office staff that won the 2006 Bob Freitas Award,
given annually by Baseball America to recognize outstanding minor league operations.
